A two year £700k interest only repayment loan to a London Research laboratory to finance expansion into a larger property.  Interest was paid monthly  and Capital was repaid upon the sale of the vacated property which was sold at a premium due to being in a sought after location.  The loan was secured by a charge over the vacated property which was to be sold
